Find Cazy Quiz on the Shopify App Store and click Install. Approve the permissions, and you'll be taken to the dashboard where you can create your first quiz immediately.
Go to your Shopify theme editor (Online Store > Themes > Customize), click 'Add section' or 'App embeds', and find 'Cazy Quiz Block' or 'Cazy Quiz Embed'. Enter your Quiz ID and save.
Open the quiz in the editor. The Quiz ID is displayed at the top of the editor page and can be copied with one click.
Make sure the quiz status is set to 'Published' (not Draft) in the quiz editor. Also verify you've entered the correct Quiz ID in the theme editor block.

Yes. Email collection requires explicit opt-in consent from customers with a customizable consent checkbox. Emails are only collected when customers actively choose to provide them.
Yes! The results page includes 'Add to Cart' buttons for each recommended product. Customers can add products directly to their Shopify cart.
Your quiz continues to work, but new completions won't be recorded. Upgrade your plan anytime to increase your limit. The count resets every 30 days.
Go to the Billing page inside the app, or manage your subscription from your Shopify admin under Apps billing.
Your quiz data is retained for 30 days. If you reinstall within that period, your quizzes will still be there. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
